Karen Littleton is a NNA Certified Signing Agent and a member of the National Notary Association, American Association of Notaries, and SOFI. She is E & O insured with current background check and has seven years experience in various types of transactions. Those include refinances, auto loans, REO's, cash Purchases, HELLOC's, reverse mortgages, Debt Settlement, Structured Settlements, RESPA's, and Investment Property Purchases.
In addition, Karen has a four-year Business Administration Degree with Real Estate and Estate Planning background, and 27 years teaching experience with experience in personal relations with students and colleagues.
We are prepared to conduct signings at one's home, real estate office, our office, or any other location.
We provide mobile signing services in many Central and Eastern Kentucky Counties. Those counties include: ROWAN, BATH, FLEMING, MORGAN, MONTGOMERY, CLARK, MASON, CARTER, BOYD, GREENUP, FAYETTE, SCOTT, AND MENIFEE. Other counties accommodated upon request and availability.
